Jabartoday.com-Ho Chi Minh City– The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Pancasakti Tegal has once again demonstrated its excellence on the international stage by winning the prestigious “Excellence Faculty of Economic and Business” award at the Vietnam Leadership Award 2024. This event, organized by EIILM Kolkata, India, in collaboration with World HRD Congress and CMO Asia, recognized FEB UPS for its outstanding quality in education, research, and significant contributions to advancing education in Indonesia.
Dr. Dien Noviany Rahmatika, SE, MM, Ak, CA, Dean of FEB Universitas Pancasakti, expressed her gratitude and pride in receiving this award. “This award is the result of the hard work of the entire FEB academic community. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of education and research, as well as strengthening collaborations with partners both nationally and internationally,” said Dr. Dien.
The award was granted based on several key factors. Firstly, the quality of education offered at FEB UPS, which includes a curriculum aligned with industry needs, supported by competent faculty members, and adequate learning facilities. Secondly, the productivity of research was highlighted, with a high output of publications in reputable international journals and significant contributions to the advancement of knowledge. Thirdly, the strong collaboration with industry, characterized by a wide network of partnerships with various companies, quality internship programs, and the development of innovations that benefit society, was also a determining factor. Lastly, national and international collaboration, especially through activities organized by EIILM and FEB UPS, has solidified the faculty’s global presence.
Looking ahead, FEB UPS is determined to continue enhancing its three pillars of higher education (tridharma perguruan tinggi) on an international level through various initiatives. These include credit transfer programs, Sit-In Programs, international conferences, guest lectures, Summer Camps, and the development of international research and publications. The faculty’s tagline, “Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Global,” serves as a foundation for FEB UPS in producing globally competitive graduates.
